Ok..Ok its only for a day. Going up hitting Yankee Stadium, an info session at FIT hopefully grab a drink with the homie and right back to DC I go.
I got over this cold JUST in time!
On the 2013 power journey...down another pound and about 6 inches on my waist!!! Holla!!!!!

March Madness week uno!
March Madness- No Days Off workouts!
Felt like crap yesterday and my nap ended up being me sleeping til this morning(Struggle). So doubling up the workouts today-
::First up Barre3 before work ::
~Standing Slim II: Warm Up & Yoga Flow 10min
~ Ballet Sculpt 40min
Total time 50 min/55 with the extra stretching
Todays goal- hit the gym tonight after work and do ballet fit barre video after that. Its alot i know but gotta catch up on my 30 minutes from yesterday!
Core Burning!

March Madness My Way
March brings College Bball tournaments, spring, leprechauns and for me the first hard push for 2013!
Started the year getting my body accustomed to working out on a regular, now its time to rev it up! 2L of water a day, keeping the caloric intake in control, carbs well they are still a struggle-I like bread.
So here's the plans so far, sounds intense but definitely worth it!
March Goals
~~ A whole month of working out..."No Days Off" at least 30 minutes a day -started 3/3 so I'm going on through til 4/2
~~ 3 weeks no bread starting next week
~~ Start the search for a yoga studio-taking advantage of the week for $20 most places have to offer
~~ Barre3 daily
~~ Fitness class a week
~~ Prep food for the week on Sunday
~~ March Into Spring Challenge on Spark People!
~~ Only weigh in once a week for the challenge
~~ Walk more!
~~ Get another minute off my mile walk its at 16:30 right now

Egg White Yummy Goodness!
I actually got the "recipe" for these on pinterest awhile back and decided to try them out for a good, and more importantly, healthy grab and go breakfast(or lunch) item.
Super simple just 3 Tbsp of egg whites - couple baby spinach leafs - red pepper and orange pepper - scallions - and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
Put all the veggies and seasonings in the tins first then sprinkle in whatever seasonings you want. I used a little pepper, some red pepper flakes and rosemary.
Then just toss them in the oven @ 350F degrees for about 20 minutes...I lost track of time dancing around to Whitney Houston songs so not sure the exact length they were in the oven :)
And TA-DAAAAAAAA!!!!
