March Madness- No Days Off workouts!
Felt like crap yesterday and my nap ended up being me sleeping til this morning(Struggle). So doubling up the workouts today-
::First up Barre3 before work ::
~Standing Slim II: Warm Up & Yoga Flow 10min
~ Ballet Sculpt 40min
Total time 50 min/55 with the extra stretching
Todays goal- hit the gym tonight after work and do ballet fit barre video after that. Its alot i know but gotta catch up on my 30 minutes from yesterday!
